What’s the difference between processing and delivery time?
Processing/handling time is when we prepare/produce your order. Transit time is carrier time after dispatch. Total delivery time = processing + transit.

How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
What if my delivery is delayed?
Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by weather, customs clearance, holidays, peak seasons, or carrier disruptions. If your package is significantly delayed, email us.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Please contact us immediately. Address changes are only possible before the order ships.
What if my package is marked “delivered” but I can’t find it?
Check with neighbors/household/building management first. Then contact the carrier. If you still need help, email us.
What if my order arrives damaged or defective?
Shipping damage: contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.Manufacturing defects/wrong item: contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos/video.
Do you accept returns?
Personalized/made-to-order items are final sale except for eligible defects/damage/wrong item/mismatch cases. Eligible non-personalized items (if any) may be returnable within 30 days when unused and in original condition. Please see our Return Policy and Refund Policy for details.
