1) Products & accuracy
We strive to display products accurately; however, colors and appearance can vary by device and settings. Product details, availability, and designs may change at any time.
IP & affiliation notice: Our designs are fan-inspired and not affiliated with or endorsed by any team, league, or player. We do not use official logos/branding.
2) Orders
Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline orders at our discretion. Review your order carefully before submitting—some personalized orders cannot be changed after production starts.
3) Pricing & promotions
Prices and promotions may change without notice. The price charged is the price shown at checkout and in the order confirmation.
4) Shipping
Orders are made to order and produced & shipped from Vietnam with tracking. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
5) Returns & refunds
Personalized/made-to-order items are final sale except for manufacturing defects, shipping damage, wrong item sent, or mismatches vs. confirmed/approved details. Please review our Return Policy and Refund Policy for full terms.
6) Prohibited use
You may not use the Services to violate laws, infringe IP rights, distribute malware, scrape, or interfere with security features.
